Foster Application
Hello and welcome to Sadie's Safe Harbor! Thank you for your interest in applying to be a foster with us. We are a close-knit group of volunteers who all share the same passion for helping our unfortunate canine friends. The following application was designed to help us gain an understanding of your household as well as give some insight into what level of involvement you might be comfortable with. It is our goal to make your fostering experience as enjoyable as possible while also offering our dogs the best placement for their needs. Please keep that in mind as you are answering these questions and please be as thorough as you can. Once we have a chance to review your application, somebody within the group will be in contact.
